Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to provide information about our financial products and services.
• Understand customer needs and share details about investment options and financial plans offered by Anytime Invest.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times to ensure a great customer experience.
• Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company’s system.
• Follow up with interested customers to provide additional information and support as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall company goals and deliver excellent service.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM or calling software.
• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or financial services is an advantage — but freshers are welcome to apply.
