Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: 1–3 years

About the Role:
Sarbabharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad is India’s premier cultural examination boards, dedicated to preserving and promoting Indian music, dance, art and culture. We are looking for a skilled and energetic Telecaller executive to join our team and help us expand our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads from various sources and convert them into registration process.
• Communicate with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong lead pipelines.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance regularly.
• Assist in organizing cultural events and maintaining related documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Customer Service / Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication skills (Bengali , Hindi and/or English).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of cultural educations.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Only for female candidates.
• Age: 20 – 35 years.
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Preferred: Candidates with a background or experience in music, dance, or other cultural fields will be given added preference.
