Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting company products/services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Graduation in any stream (preferred)
• Good communication skills in [Language(s) Required]
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products and services clearly
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
• Follow up with customers for leads and conversions

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Positive attitude and confidence
• Good listening skills
• Ability to work in a team
