Job Overview:

We are seeking a warm, empathetic, and motivated Tele caller (Seeker) to join our outreach team at Memoir Tale. In this role, you’ll reach out to families (mainly via leads from obituaries or referrals) to gently introduce our life storybook service, a meaningful way to preserve the memories and legacy of a loved one.

You’ll be the first voice they hear, so your role is less about selling and more about understanding, listening, and guiding them through a deeply personal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make compassionate outbound calls to potential clients (based on obituary leads or shared data)
• Introduce Memoir Tale’s life storybook service in a warm and respectful manner
• Understand the emotional needs of the family and build trust
• Maintain call logs and track follow-ups accurately
• Coordinate with the writing and content team for confirmed leads
• Collect initial interest and pass on to the next step in the journey

Skills & Qualities Required:

• Excellent communication in English (regional languages a plus)
• Empathetic and mature approach to sensitive conversations
• Prior telecalling/customer care experience preferred, but not required
• Basic understanding of lead tracking using Google Sheets or similar
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• A calm, friendly voice and patient listening skills
