Job Description

The Telecaller will be primarily responsible for outbound calling to potential clients to introduce Siddhant Freight Forwarders' range of services, qualify leads, and secure appointments for the Business Development Managers. This role requires a professional, results-oriented, and highly articulate individual who can manage a large volume of calls and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Initiate a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided lists or through independent research to generate new business leads.
  • Client Communication: Introduce and effectively articulate the value proposition of Siddhant Freight Forwarders' services (e.g., freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, etc.) to key decision-makers.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding the client's current logistics needs, pain points, and potential for partnership.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully secure and schedule high-quality appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Database Management: Accurately record all call information, outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Conduct consistent follow-up calls to nurture leads that are not yet ready to commit.
  • Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports on calling activities, lead status, and appointment success rate to the management.

  • Language Fluency (Essential):
  • English: Fluent verbal communication for professional client interaction.
  • Hindi: Fluent verbal communication.
  • Colloquial Language: Fluency in at least one local or regional colloquial language [e.g., Marathi, Gujarati] is highly preferred for wider market reach.

Skills & Qualification

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, listening skills, and a professional, pleasant phone demeanor.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong ability to pitch, persuade, and handle initial sales objections effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated, target-driven, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
