Job Title: Tele Calling Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tele Calling Executive professional to support and manage customer relationship management activities across international markets. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and practical experience with CRM tools and global customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute CRM campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, etc.
- Create and manage customer communication, Female candidate required.
- Coordinate with regional and teams to align CRM efforts.
- Monitor campaign results and provide insights for improvements.
- Maintain and clean CRM databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Support segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer support roles.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
- Organized, analytical, and detail-focused.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of A/B testing and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with email templates
- Additional language skills are a bonus.
- Understanding of customer journey and retention strategies.
