Job description:

We have urgent Requirements for MBBS, BAMS, or BHMS degrees Doctors to fulfill customer support roles with our new IVF chain, headquartered in Mumbai.

It is a Work from Office role (Office Ghatkopar East) and will be an 8_ hrs Day and Night shift._

Skills: Shoulld be Excellent Communication

Key responsibilities will be -

• Respond to medical and non-medical queries from patients via chat, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Triage cases and escalate medical emergencies to the appropriate clinical teams.
• Review prescriptions, reports, and treatment plans to ensure accuracy before dispatch (if applicable).
• Assist patients in understanding medical terminology, test results, and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., doctors, pharmacy, diagnostics, tech) to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain records of patient interactions, feedback, and issues in CRM tools.
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics, data privacy laws, and company protocols.
• Participate in training programs, quality audits, and process improvement initiatives.
