BrightCode Digital Tech is hiring motivated and confident Call Center Sales Representatives for our USA & Canada based Digital Marketing & SEO outbound sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to USA & Canada based clients
• Promote Digital Marketing & SEO services
• Identify customer needs and close sales effectively
• Maintain accurate call logs and sales records
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow company scripts, quality standards, and compliance policies
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements & Skills

• Fresh & experienced candidates are welcome
• Prior call center or telesales experience is a plus
• Strong English communication & listening skills
• Confident, sales-driven, and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work night shifts (USA time zone)
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills

Salary & Benefits

• PKR 40,000 – 70,000 + High Commission Structure
• Paid Training (1 Week)
