Tele Marketing Executive

• Basic knowledge of PEB / steel structure (training will be provided)
• Computer knowledge (MS Excel, email)
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, builders, contractors, and industries.
• Generate and qualify leads for PEB steel structure projects (sheds, warehouses, factories).
• Explain company products and services related to PEB and steel structures.
• Understand client requirements and record accurate information.
• Follow up on enquiries, emails, and quotations shared by the sales team.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for sales executives / ASM.
• Maintain and update client database and call reports.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports of calls and leads.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and promotional activities.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Coordinate with sales and estimation teams for enquiry status.
• Share qualified leads for conversion into orders.
• Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally.
• Ensure good customer experience during initial interaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• tele caller: 3 years (Preferred)
