Job description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to engage with prospective

students and parents. The role involves calling leads generated by marketing executives,

nurturing relationships, and converting them into institute footfalls (visits/admissions

enquiries).

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up on leads generated by the field marketing team.
  • Explain courses, admission procedures, and institute benefits to prospective

students/parents.

  • Convince and convert leads into walk-ins/footfalls at the institute.
  • Maintain proper call records and update the lead management system.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with prospective students and parents.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective lead conversion.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
  • Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling / counseling (education

industry preferred, freshers may also apply).

  • Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
