Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and professional Female Tele Marketing Executive to join our team for Tele Marketing and Payment Recovery operations.

Responsibilities
Telemarketing: Contact potential customers to promote products and services and generate leads
Payment Recovery: Follow up with existing clients regarding overdue invoices and outstanding payments
Negotiation: Politely negotiate payment plans while maintaining professional relationships
Customer Service: Handle inbound queries related to billing and payments
Target Achievement: Meet daily call targets and monthly payment recovery targets
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, and follow-up schedules

Requirements
Gender: Female only
Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience mandatory
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Strong communication and convincing skills
