Tele Nurse - Bhubaneswar

Job Summary

CARELY is hiring Female Tele Nurses for post-discharge/ OPD consultation patient care services. The role involves patient onboarding in the Carely application portal, scheduling condition-based templates, daily follow-up calls, alert handling, clinical coordination & escalation, and subscription renewal counselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard patients using discharge summaries
• Handle patient alerts and follow-ups
• Make scheduled daily calls to patients/attendants
• Coordinate with hospital doctors for clinical or emergency escalation
• Counsel patients for subscription renewals
• Maintain call logs and reports using MS Excel and other CRM based applications

Eligibility

• Female candidates only
• Qualification: ANM / GNM Nursing (Mandatory)
• Experience: 1–2 years in hospital / tele-nursing / patient counselling preferred
• Skills: MS Excel (Mandatory); calling CRM based apps knowledge preferred
• Languages: Odia, English & Hindi (Bengali is an advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhubaneswar, Orissa
