Tele Sale Agent (English / Hindi)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and be capable of handling customer calls professionally to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and present our products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Update and maintain the customer database.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both required).
• Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Basic computer skills.
