About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Tele Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team at KASH Real Estate.
If you have strong communication skills, a passion for property sales, and at least 1 year of real estate experience, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify potential leads from our database
• Promote KASH Real Estate listings and services
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate (UAE preferred)
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Arabic or French is a plus
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated
