Tele Sales Exceutive

We are a dedicated Immigration Law Firm helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex Visitor Visa, Study and Immigration processes. Our success is built on trust, expertise, and results – and we’re looking for a persuasive Telesales Executive to convert inbound interest into paid consultations and legal service packages.

Job Summary:
You will be the first voice prospective clients hear after they inquire about our services . Your role is not to practice law but to qualify leads, explain our service packages, overcome objections, and schedule paid consultations with our immigration adivsors or case managers. This is a high-volume, high-reward outbound/inbound sales role in a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls/leads (from web forms, ads, social media) and make outbound follow-up calls to potential clients.
• Listen carefully to each prospect’s immigration goals.
• Clearly explain the firm’s legal service packages (document review, application filing, representation) and pricing without providing unauthorized legal advice.
• Meet and exceed weekly targets: Number of paid consultations booked and signed service agreements.
• Accurately log lead status, follow-up dates, and notes in our CRM.
• Full training provided.
• Transfer highly complex legal questions to Senior consultant.

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Minimum 1 year of telesales, inside sales, or appointment setting experience (legal, financial, or other high-ticket services strongly preferred).
• Excellent phone presence: confident, empathetic, and persistent.
• Ability to handle rejection and keep calling – immigration calls can be emotional.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in any field a plus.
• Basic CRM and computer skills (typing while talking).

• Attarctive Commision Structure.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
