  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and research potential customers using various sources like lead lists, referrals, or cold calling.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest in the company's products or services.
  • Communication and Relationship Building:
  • Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls and build rapport through effective communication skills.
  • Understand customer needs by actively listening and asking relevant questions.
  • Product or Service Presentation:
  • Clearly explain the features and benefits of the company's offerings, tailoring the pitch to each customer's specific needs.
  • Address customer objections and concerns with clear and persuasive responses.
  • Sales Closing:
  • Guide the conversation towards a sale by presenting compelling offers and addressing any final hesitations.
  • Secure customer commitment by finalizing orders or scheduling appointments for further discussions.
  • Data Entry and Reporting:
  • Accurately record customer information and sales data in the company's CRM system.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, call logs, and customer interactions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Upselling and cross-selling existing products or services to maximize customer value.
  • Following up with leads and nurturing ongoing customer relationships.
  • Participating in sales training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude throughout customer interactions.

Telesales staff may also play a role in:

  • Scheduling appointments for in-person sales representatives.
  • Providing basic customer support by answering product-related questions.
  • Participating in market research activities by gathering customer feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
