Tele sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our insurance products over the phone. You will contact potential and existing customers, explain policy features, and close sales while providing excellent customer service.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Timing : 9:00 - 6:30

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote insurance products (health, motor, life, etc. as applicable).
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Explain policy benefits, premium details, terms, and conditions clearly and professionally.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about insurance products.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending cases to maximize conversions.
• Accurately collect and update customer information in the system/CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new insurance plans and offers.
• Ensure all sales are compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers to encourage renewals and referrals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, call center, or insurance sales is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English [and any other preferred languages – e.g. Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam].
• Strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills on the phone.
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM, etc.).
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
• Education: High school / Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Availability: Able to join immediately or within a short notice period (if applicable).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
