Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers to promote and sell products/services. You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, following up with prospects, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate call details.
- Follow up on previous interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine scripts and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, MS Office).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
