Role Overview


We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Telesales candidates fluent in Hindi to join our team in New Delhi. This role involves handling customer communications with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in the sensitive area of male reproductive healthcare.


Compensation Package


•Base Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹23,000/month


•Performance Incentives: average ₹8,000 additional , top performers have consistently achieved ₹30,000 additional


•Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week


Key Responsibilities


•Guide customers through appointment scheduling and order processes with the doctor


•Provide detailed information about products and services


•Address and resolve customer queries with professionalism


•Manage inbound and outbound customer calls effectively


•Maintain accurate and updated records in Zoho CRM


•Uphold strict confidentiality in all customer interactions




Requirements (Non-Negotiable)


•Work from office requirement (Location: Uttam Nagar, New Delhi)


•Hindi fluency is mandatory


•Graduation preferred


•Prior Telesales experience is advantageous


•Strong communication skills with empathetic and professional approach


•Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
