- Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and investors to promote real estate projects.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, investment preferences, and budgets.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with all client information, follow-ups, and call notes.
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team.
- Provide prospective clients with detailed project information—location, pricing, payment plans, and developer background.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, property portals, social media, and referrals.
