We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive who can communicate clearly, follow up sharply, and convert leads into customers for digital marketing services like Google Ads, SEO, Website Design, and Social Media.

This role is for candidates who are confident on the phone, understand digital services (at least the basics), and can follow a sales process consistently.

Core Responsibilities (Common for All Levels):

  • Calling & following up with leads (inbound + outbound)
  • Pitching digital marketing services confidently
  • Understanding client needs and suggesting solutions
  • Sharing proposals / quotes and follow-ups till closure
  • Coordinating with internal teams post-sale
  • Maintaining lead records in Excel / CRM
  • Meeting daily/weekly targets (calls, follow-ups, closures)

Responsibilities by Experience Level1. Fresher / Intern (Course-Completed)

Ideal for: Candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing or Sales Training Course with internship or mock calling practice.

Key Expectations:

  • Learn pitching and objection handling
  • Understand digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, etc.)
  • Do basic lead calling & follow-up under guidance
  • Handle warm leads / incoming inquiries
  • Work with sales scripts & support senior team

Required Skills:

  • Confident speaking skills (Hindi/English)
  • Basic product knowledge (through course)
  • Good attitude & learning mindset
  • Clear follow-up tracking habit

2. Intermediate (1–2 Years Experience)

Key Expectations:

  • Independently call, pitch, and close leads
  • Handle both cold and warm leads
  • Explain digital services clearly over phone
  • Convert leads from platforms like Justdial, IndiaMART, Ads, Website, WhatsApp
  • Maintain daily productivity (calls, follow-ups, closures)

Required Skills:

  • 1–2 years in tele sales / inside sales (preferably for digital or IT services)
  • CRM or Excel record maintenance
  • Follow-up habit and sales discipline
  • Target-driven approach

3. Expert Level (2+ Years Experience)

Key Expectations:

  • Manage entire sales cycle from first call to payment
  • Handle high-ticket clients & complex objections
  • Consistently close monthly business
  • Mentor juniors or support pre-sales team
  • Improve scripts, process, and performance

Required Skills:

  • Proven record of monthly sales closure
  • Deep understanding of digital services value
  • Ability to upsell & cross-sell
  • Excellent communication + CRM use
  • Target ownership & sales process mindset

Preferred Skills (All Levels):

  • Digital Marketing product knowledge (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media)
  • Good command of Hindi & English
  • Follow-up mindset
  • Basic Email / WhatsApp Communication
  • CRM, Excel, Google Sheets handling

Salary / Incentives:

Pay: ₹9,201.23 - ₹28,476.26 per month
