Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to support our sales operations. The role involves handling client calls, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce available property options
• Follow up on leads generated through digital platforms and company databases
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property solutions
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships
• Update and manage client data, call logs, and follow-ups in CRM
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service
• Experience in Abu Dhabi real estate is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach

Important Note:

• Candidates with Abu Dhabi real estate experience will be given preference
