Tele Sales Executive (Solar)

Islamabad, Pakistan

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining solar energy solutions, and converting inquiries into meetings. The role involves strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for promoting renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote solar energy products and services.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
  • Explain the benefits of solar systems, pricing options, and financing plans clearly to customers.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to close sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM software.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (experience in solar or renewable energy preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu (additional languages are a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
