Tele Sales Executive (US Market)

Texas-registered software development company with teams based in Pakistan, is looking for a young, energetic Tele Sales Executive to help expand our international client base, primarily in the United States. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills with a neutral or American accent and experience engaging international clients in the IT or software services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential US-based B2B clients
• Identify and qualify leads based on business needs and decision-making authority
• Present our web development and remote team services confidently and clearly
• Schedule appointments and demos for the Business Development team
• Maintain and update leads pipeline through CRM tools
• Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
• Continuously improve communication scripts and objection-handling techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in international telesales, B2B cold calling, or SDR role
• Must have experience selling software development or digital services
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear neutral or American accent
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
