As a Telesales Executive, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their home loan needs, and offer tailored solutions to drive conversions This role demands strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to guide customers confidently through the loan process If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have prior telesales experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Major Job responsibilities would be as under:

  • Take outbound calls to potential customers for home loans and LAP.
  • Pitch products clearly, identify needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and support team goals through collaboration.

Who is an ideal fit:

  • 6 months to 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in home loans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in high-paced environments.
  • Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
