Tele sales Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Intern to join our sales team. In this role, you will assist in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and supporting sales operations. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.
• Support the sales team in following up with leads and existing clients.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate information.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant product or service information.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Gather feedback from customers and communicate insights to the sales team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving sales processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable with phone conversations and handling customer inquiries.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales software is a plus.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
