Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers via telephone or other means of communication
- Explaining account product features and benefits to customers
- Collecting information and documents required for account processing
- Verifying customer information and scores
- Following up with customers regarding application status
- Meeting targets for the number of calls made and accounts processed
- Report to work on time and be able to proactively source clients by making phone calls to reach target customers.
- Team player who takes individual accountability for results.
- Highly organized and independently motivated worker with impeccable follow-up skills
- Strong organization skills and the ability to quickly assess and prioritize.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with loan products and processes
- Proven experience in tele calling especially for loans
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Candidates must be sales driven and possess excellent communication
