Tele Sales Officer -SME accounts & Business Setup (Fixed Salary)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential customers via telephone or other means of communication
• Explaining account product features and benefits to customers
• Collecting information and documents required for account processing
• Verifying customer information and scores
• Following up with customers regarding application status
• Meeting targets for the number of calls made and accounts processed
• Report to work on time and be able to proactively source clients by making phone calls to reach target customers.
• Team player who takes individual accountability for results.
• Highly organized and independently motivated worker with impeccable follow-up skills
• Strong organization skills and the ability to quickly assess and prioritize.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with loan products and processes
• Proven experience in tele calling especially for loans
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
• Candidates must be sales driven and possess excellent communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
