We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling a range of IT hardware and software solutions to both business clients and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate and retail customers
- Present and promote company products and services effectively
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Provide clear product information, pricing, and tailored solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of tele sales experience in the UAE (IT industry preferred)
- Proven ability in both B2B and B2C sales
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and software is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 1,500 – 2,000 + Attractive commission structure
- Visa requirement: Own visa preferred initially
- Company visa and full benefits as per UAE Labor Law will be provided after successful probation
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
