Tele-Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are hiring 2 Tele-Sales Representatives to join our energetic and growing team! The ideal candidates must have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and a confident, target-driven personality.

Responsibilities:

· Call potential customers and explain company products effectively.

· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

· Maintain positive and long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

· Prior sales or telemarketing experience preferred.

· Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

· Motivated, confident, and result-oriented attitude.

Commission Structure:

o Achieve PKR 25,000 in sales → 1% commission

o Achieve PKR 50,000 in sales → 1.5% commission

o Achieve PKR 100,000 in sales → 2.5% commission

· Quarterly performance bonus

· 24 paid leaves annually

· Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
