Tele sales / Retention Executive

We are looking for a motivated Tele sales / Retention Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, retain existing customers, and contribute to revenue growth.

Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers
• Retain existing customers by resolving issues and addressing concerns
• Promote company products and services to increase revenue
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on calls
• Achieve individual and team sales/retention targets
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic (both required)
• Proven experience in tele sales, customer retention, or call center environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with the ability to meet targets
• Female candidates are preferred
• Candidates must be able to handle their own visa
• Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 4,000 (based on experience) + Commission
