Position: Real Estate Telesales Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and professionally handle inbound inquiries.
• Provide clear and accurate information on available properties, pricing, payment plans, and current promotions.
• Follow up consistently to ensure high conversion rates and meet weekly/monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns and lead-generation strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in real estate telesales or customer service is preferred.
• Good understanding of real estate terminology, project types, and market trends in Dubai.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with a positive attitude and professional tone.
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
• Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus.
