Telecaller (Financial Services)

Focus: Lead generation, local/expat targeting, and persistence.

About the Role

As a Telecaller at our Business Bay office, you will be the driving force behind our lead generation. This role is designed for candidates who are resilient, persuasive, and excellent at opening doors with potential investors.

Detailed Key Responsibilities

  • Initial Outreach: Contact potential leads to introduce our financial services and generate interest in trading on our platform.
  • Script Adaptation: Use and adapt sales scripts to suit different lead personas, ensuring a personalized approach for every call.
  • Appointment & Lead Setting: Secure commitments from leads to proceed with account registration and the first deposit process.
  • Database Management: Accurately update the status of every lead in the CRM to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Follow-up Mastery: Manage a rigorous follow-up schedule to reconnect with leads who showed initial interest.
  • Team Collaboration: Pass high-potential leads to Senior Account Managers when necessary and work toward collective team targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years as a Telecaller or Inside Sales Rep, preferably in a fast-paced Dubai-based environment.
  • Language: Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of handling high levels of rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Location: Ideally based near a Metro station for easy access to our Business Bay office.
