Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional who can efficiently handle telecalling activities, administrative responsibilities, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.
Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
- Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call logs, follow up with leads, and update CRM/records regularly.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
2. Front Desk Operator Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle visitor check-ins, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes.
- Answer and route calls to appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
3. Administrative Executive Duties
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, data entry, and record keeping.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
- Support HR/Management in organizing meetings and events.
- Coordinate courier services, travel arrangements, and office maintenance.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + local language).
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk and admin tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, front desk operations, or administrative work.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
