Job Description: Telecaller / Admin Executive / Front Desk Operator

Position: Telecaller cum Admin Executive & Front Desk Operator
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional who can efficiently handle telecalling activities, administrative responsibilities, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling Duties

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain call logs, follow up with leads, and update CRM/records regularly.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

2. Front Desk Operator Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle visitor check-ins, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes.
  • Answer and route calls to appropriate departments.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.

3. Administrative Executive Duties

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Support HR/Management in organizing meetings and events.
  • Coordinate courier services, travel arrangements, and office maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office operations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + local language).
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage front desk and admin tasks efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, front desk operations, or administrative work.
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
