Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls
• Explain services/courses to potential students/customers
• Maintain call records and follow-up regularly
• Convert inquiries into admissions/sales
• Provide proper information with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Confident & polite on calls
• Ability to handle student/customer queries
• Must be target-oriented
