Telecaller – Immigration & Visa Services

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Telecaller to join our growing Immigration & Visa Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, building trust, and booking consultation appointments for our advisors.

This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential and career growth into Senior Consultant / Team Leader positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to fresh and existing leads provided by the company
• Introduce and explain immigration and visa services in a clear and professional manner
• Understand client requirements and guide them toward suitable programs
• Handle basic inquiries and overcome objections confidently
• Schedule appointments and maintain proper follow-ups
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Fluency in English & Hindi (Punjabi / Urdu / Arabic is a plus)
• Minimum high school / bachelor’s degree preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; telesales experience is an advantage
