We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team for lead generation in the field of Digital Marketing and Web Development Services.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and Hindi, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping businesses grow through digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services (Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, etc.)
  • Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective customers.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain daily call and lead reports.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Any Stream)
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and Excel.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
