Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers (Freshers Welcome!) to join our growing Logistics & E-commerce team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls
• Coordinate with customers for order confirmation
• Track shipments and deliveries
• Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth order processing
• Provide information about services and resolve basic customer queries
• Maintain call records and follow up with customers when required

Requirements:

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
