About Us

KHR Real Estate is a growing real estate company in Dubai specializing in helping clients find premium investment and residential properties. We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team and support our sales department by connecting with potential clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to company-provided leads.
• Introduce company projects and services to potential clients.
• Qualify leads and identify interested buyers/investors.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions.
• Update lead status in the CRM system.
• Transfer qualified and interested clients to senior sales agents.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, call center, customer service, or a similar role.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional speaking ability.
• Strong persuasion and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email).
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month.
