Telecaller – Sales & Customer Support

Job Description:
We are hiring Telecallers for sales and customer support. Candidates will handle calls, explain products/services, handle queries, and close sales.

Language-wise Openings:

• Malayalam Caller – Required
• English Caller – Required
• Tamil Caller – Required
• Arabic Caller – Required
• Telugu Caller – Required

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls
• Handle inbound customer support calls
• Explain products, pricing, and app usage clearly
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Maintain call records and basic reports
• Meet daily and monthly call targets

Requirements:

• Telecalling or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
• Professional attitude and ability to handle customer queries
