Telecaller Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team in Virar. The role involves generating leads, managing Justdial inquiries, conducting product demos, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Research – Identify and compile potential customer databases for lead generation.
• Lead Generation by Calling – Make outbound calls, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.
• Handling Justdial Leads – Respond to inquiries, prioritize high-potential leads, and ensure no lead is missed.
• Industrial Visits – Visit industrial clients occasionally to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Product Demonstrations – Conduct online and onsite demos for prospective clients and address their queries.
• Software Handling – Use Tally, Biz Analyst, and Cred Flow for client demonstrations and support.

Requirements:

• Location: Virar
• Education: Minimum graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Tally or similar software (training provided).
• Ability to manage multiple leads and inquiries efficiently.
• Other: Willingness to travel for industrial visits.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Outbound calls made, conversion rates, and Justdial inquiries turned into sales.
• Response Time: Quick response to Justdial leads and timely follow-ups.
• Sales Performance: Monthly/quarterly sales targets and demo-to-sale conversion rates.
• Client Engagement: Number of industrial visits and client satisfaction ratings.
• Software Proficiency: Effective use of Tally, Biz Analyst, and Cred Flow.
• Self-Development: Participation in training and industry updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
