Telecaller Sales Executive

Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Support Executive (Female Only)

Candidate Requirement:

Only Female Candidates

Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling / sales calling

Language Priority:

Odia: 10/10 (Must be very fluent)

Hindi: 6/10 (Medium level ok)

English: 6/10 (Medium level ok)

Job Role:

Search customer phone numbers

Local business listings

Other online sources

Call random customers daily

Explain pest control services

Generate enquiries / appointments

Maintain daily call report:

Total calls made

Interested customers

Enquiries booked

Sometimes visit client location for basic presentation / discussion

Only inside Bhubaneswar

TA (Travel Allowance) will be provided separately for client visits.

Work & Target Policy:

Daily calling target: 100–200 calls

No sales target pressure

Performance will be judged on:

Number of calls made daily

Regularity & discipline

Proper calling & reporting

Sincere effort

Working Time:

Office Time: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Lunch Break: 30 minutes

Other Break: 30 minutes

Total working hours: 9 hours

Salary Structure:

Probation Period (First 6 Months):

₹8,000 per month

After 6 Months (Confirmation):

₹10,000 per month

PF + ESI included

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
