Telecaller Sales Executive

Job Overview

WebDev & You is hiring dedicated and performance-driven Telecallers / Sales Executives to promote and sell our digital service packages. This is a target-oriented, performance-based role, ideal for individuals who are confident in communication and serious about earning through results.

This is not a casual calling job. It is a full-time sales role with clear daily targets, strict reporting, and commission-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the company-provided database
• Complete minimum 120 calls per day
• Clearly explain company service packages:
• Basic Package – ₹10,000
• Premium Package – ₹20,000
• Enterprise Package – ₹30,000
• Convince prospects and close sales
• Generate qualified leads and follow up professionally
• Maintain daily call records
• Provide mandatory one-word feedback for every call (e.g., Interested / Not Interested / Busy / Call Back)
• Follow company sales scripts, pricing, and communication guidelines strictly
• Report daily performance honestly and accurately

Sales & Commission Structure

Earnings are performance-based and calculated per successful sale:

• ₹2,500 per sale for Basic Package
• ₹5,000 per sale for Premium Package
• ₹1,000 per sale for Enterprise Package

A sale is counted only after full payment is received and verified by the company.

No-Sale Payment Clause

• If no sales are generated, payment will be calculated based on the number of valid calls completed
• Call-based payment applies only if:
• Minimum 120 calls/day are completed
• Proper call logs with one-word feedback are maintained
• Incomplete call records or fake entries will result in zero payment

Working Hours & Expectations

• Full-time commitment required
• Must consistently meet daily calling targets
• Must maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism
• This role requires mental stamina and sales mindset

Tools & Requirements

• Smartphone
• Stable internet connection
• Ability to speak confidently in Hindi / English (regional language is a plus)
• Own calling setup (no reimbursement for call or internet expenses)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
