Key Responsibilities:
- Order Coordination
- Coordinate with customers who place orders on our website, from order confirmation to successful delivery.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding shipping and delivery status.
- Ensure smooth communication and support until the product is delivered.
- Social Media Handling
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Post content, reply to comments and messages.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva is a plus.
- Google Docs & Sheet Management
- Maintain customer data, daily activity reports, and order records.
- Update follow-up status and internal coordination sheets regularly.
- Telecalling & Customer Support
- Make and receive calls to assist customers and resolve their queries.
- Handle follow-ups and basic customer engagement.
- This is not a sales role – only support and coordination.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (English is mandatory as most customers are from South India)
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Email, etc.)
- Responsible, polite, and confident personality
- Familiarity with social media usage
