Telecalling & Outbound Sales Executive (US Market)

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Telecalling & Outbound Sales Executive to join our growing luxury watch brand team. Your main role will be to connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram live chat, build trust, and help them make confident purchase decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, persuasion, and creating great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to potential US customers.
• Engage with leads through Instagram DMs, live chat, and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable luxury watches.
• Conduct follow-ups with previous leads and maintain a regular pipeline.
• Schedule and attend virtual/phone calls with customers to close deals.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
• Work with a daily/weekly target-based approach for conversions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferred).
• Comfortable working in night shifts / US time zone.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp, and online communication tools.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
