Telecalling sales executive

We are hiring female Telecalling Sales Executives to join our sales and client relations team. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients, providing details about our construction projects and services, and helping generate qualified leads for our on-site sales team.

This position offers both work-from-office and work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
• Provide accurate information about project features, pricing, and benefits.
• Maintain call records, leads, and follow-up schedules.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for client visits and conversions.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate/construction sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, target-oriented, and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM tools or Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
