Telecom Billing Processor

Job Title: Processor (Telecom Campaign)
Location: On-site, Johar Town
Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (US Timezone)
Salary: Starting from PKR 70,000/month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Processor to join our Telecom campaign team, responsible for managing sales processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process inbound sales closed deals.
• Check if sales have been processed successfully
• Assist with billing inquiries.
• Identify customer needs, explain offerings, and provide tailored solutions.
• Build strong rapport with customers to increase conversion and retention.
• Accurately record call details, sales, and customer information in the CRM.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in telecom or call center processing.
• Strong ability to close sales with minimal supervision.
• Excellent spoken English and persuasive communication skills.
• Confident in handling objections and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with telecom products, services, and billing processes.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
