Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Engineer to manage and oversee telecom infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FTTH, Fiber Optic, OSP/ISP, and Wireless/Tower construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end telecom construction projects.
• Supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and project standards.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and project progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Resolve technical issues and support testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in telecom construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH, Fiber Optic, OSP/ISP, and Wireless/Tower infrastructure.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
