What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents across telecom networks

Secure core, access, and IP network infrastructure

Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint security

Harden systems and ensure secure configurations

Investigate threats, analyze logs, and perform root-cause analysis

Support SOC operations and incident response playbooks

Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards

Collaborate with network, cloud, and IT teams on secure designs

Prepare security reports and documentation for stakeholders

Telecom network security (4G/5G, IP, MPLS, core networks)

SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and log analysis

Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network segmentation
