Telecom Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Telecom Logistics & Materials Coordinator to support our growing low-voltage and telecommunications operations. This role is responsible for managing the flow of materials, equipment, and inventory across multiple active job sites, ensuring our field teams have everything they need to execute projects efficiently and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of fiber optic systems, low-voltage infrastructure, and telecom materials, combined with logistics and inventory management experience. This position requires close coordination with project managers, supervisors, and field technicians to anticipate material needs, track usage, and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement, delivery, and tracking of telecom materials and equipment
• Maintain and manage inventory levels, including cables, connectors, racks, and hardware
• Review project documentation (run lists, drawings, scope of work) to prepare material lists
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites to avoid delays
• Track material usage and update internal systems (e.g., Monday.com or similar tools)
• Work closely with field teams to support installation needs and resolve material issues
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries
• Organize and maintain warehouse and staging areas

Qualifications:

• Experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, or AV industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic types (single-mode, multimode) and connectors (LC, SC, MTP/MPO, etc.)
• Familiarity with copper, coax, and structured cabling materials
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and cable run lists
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with inventory or project management systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
