Telecom Rigger

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and safety-conscious Telecom Riggers with 2 to 3 years of experience to support telecom tower installation and network deployment projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at heights, possess knowledge of telecom site installation practices, and strictly follow health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install antennas, remote radio units (RRUs), feeders, and other telecom equipment on telecom towers.
• Perform rigging activities during telecom network deployment and site installation.
• Support technicians during equipment installation, integration, and testing.
• Inspect rigging tools, lifting equipment, and safety gear before use.
• Ensure proper cable routing, fastening, and installation quality.
• Follow all HSE policies and working-at-height safety procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, or site risks to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, DAE, or Technical Certification.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in telecom rigging and tower installation.
• Experience working on telecom network deployment projects.
• Ability to work safely at heights.
• Knowledge of telecom tower installation and rigging practices.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Understanding of PPE usage and HSE requirements.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
